Meet the founder of the AEW Executive Coaching and Leadership Institute
Dr. Alyn E. Waller
Dr. Alyn E. Waller

The Reverend Dr. Alyn E. Waller is the Senior Pastor of the largest black congregation in Philadelphia, PA., Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church (15,000 members), and Founder of the AEW Executive Coaching and Leadership Institute.
Dr. Waller is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development (PLDA 2020) and a certified Executive Life Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Because of Dr. Waller’s commitment and endeavors in social justice reform, the New York Theological Seminary named its Doctor of Ministry in Social Reform Scholarship in honor of him. He has documented success in working collaboratively with clergy, business, community, and political leaders to improve leadership and management effectiveness.
The Reverend Dr. Alyn E. Waller is the past president of the Lott Carey Global Christian Missional Community where his influence and impact as a leader extended to global leaders.
Dr. Alyn E. Waller is the author of three books and is nationally recognized as a revivalist, lecturer, and vocalist.


Dr. Dorothy Watson Tatem

Dr. Dorothy Watson Tatem is a retired District Superintendent of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference (EPA) of The United Methodist Church. She also served as Director of two EPA conference offices: Resourcing and Urban-Global Ministries. She began her pastoral ministry in a suburban church which acquired land for future building to accommodate its congregational growth and ministries. When appointed as the Lead Pastor of an urban church, she led its congregation in the rejuvenation of its non-profit and the acquisition and conversion of an adjacent vacant school into a senior residence and medical services facility. Dr. Dorothy W. Tatem has preached, trained, and coached throughout the United States and abroad.
She served a long term as a Trustee of Albright College in Reading, PA. Presently, she is a senior associate at Next Step Associates, LLC, a leadership company, where she is a coach, trainer, and editor. She is working towards Professional Coach Certification through the International Coach Federation.
